About Pollard Architectural
Jon Pollard established the practice in 1999 and since then it has grown steadily, employing a small team of experienced and dedicated staff. Jon is a member of both the Institution of Engineering and Technology and Chartered Association of Building Engineers, with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
The practice works on a variety of projects across Cornwall and Devon: from private houses, extensions and barn conversions to larger housing schemes, agricultural buildings and a range of smaller commercial projects and industrial buildings.
We can provide our services during any or all stages of your project, from inception to construction, and can tailor them to suit your specific needs. We can advise on various design options, prepare the necessary drawings and documentation required to obtain planning approval, or if planning permission is already in place, we can develop your drawings to obtain Building Regulations approval. During the construction work we can undertake contract administration and arrange site inspections and the issue of Architect’s Certificates to satisfy mortgage companies.
